Symptoms

	Cause
	The installation process has been stopped because AhnLab Online Security was unable to run properly on your computer. Check the error description and try again.

	Solution
	Start Internet Explorer and go to [Tools] --> [Windows Update] to get the latest updates for Internet Explorer.
